采用三维有限元法对某新设计的船用柴油机的整体薄壁球墨铸铁活塞的变形和应力场进行了计算,并在此基础上对该活塞的疲劳强度和热变形进行了校核,同时还对这种薄壁油冷活塞的变形和应力分布特点进行了分析,由此得出了具有参考价值的设计要点。
The deformation and stress field of a newly designed marine diesel engine with thin walled ductile iron castings were calculated by three-dimensional finite element method. On the basis of this, the fatigue strength and thermal deformation of the piston were checked. At the same time, The deformation and stress distribution characteristics of the thin-wall oil-cooled piston were analyzed, and the design points with reference value were obtained.
