从无锡到石塘1937年初,我在无锡协新毛织厂做工,星期天常到杨增家玩,经杨增介绍认识了住在他家的教员崔予庭(老地下党员),后来又认识了孙之遂(孙顺),她常给我们讲些时事,还借给我高尔基的小说《母亲》看,带我参加工人夜校学习。不久,我就参加了无锡学社,这是党的外围组织。以后,我们在协新毛织厂办起了工人夜校,进行抗日救亡革命形势教育。
From Wuxi to Shitang At the beginning of 1937, I worked as a new wool-weaving factory in WUA. Yang Zengjia often went to play home on sundays. After getting acquainted with Yang Cuizeng, she met Cui Youting (old underground party member) who lived in his hometown and then met Sun Zisheng Shun), she often told us about current events, but also lent my Gorki novel “mother” to see, took me to participate in the workers night school. Soon I attended Wuxi Institute, which is the party’s peripheral organization. Later, we organized a workers’ evening school at Xin Mao Wo Knitters to educate the revolutionary situation in resisting Japan and saving the nation.
