金属金相组织的电解抛光,在很多工厂试验室中,还未普遍使用。一般都用手工及机械抛光,原因是对电解抛光不习惯,既要有一定的设备,又不易得到良好的结果,铸铁的电解抛光,更为困难。因此,电解抛光到目前还没有被广泛采用。目前国内市场上不易买到好的抛光粉(例如氧化铝等)。能买到的,不是颗粒的外形不尖锐,就是粒度太粗,都不适宜於抛光之用。为了解决这一困难,我厂中央试验室做了一些利用电解抛光来抛制球墨铸铁的金相试样。现将试验经过叙述如下:
