本文提出一套轴流透平和压气机二元叶栅的直接设计系统。该系统基于一系列的设计程序,包括叶栅几何设计,S_1流面非粘性总体分析,叶型前缘放大再分析及叶栅过渡边界层和尾迹分析,以寻求其最佳设计。总体分析用流线曲率法;再分析用有限面积技术和贴体的计算网络;边界层分析用耗散积分法。叶栅设计的典型算例及其设计结果均在文中讨论。
This paper presents a direct turbine and turbocompressor cascade design system. The system is based on a series of design procedures, including the design of cascade geometry, the general analysis of S_1 flow non-sticky surface, the magnification and reanalysis of the leading edge of the blade, and the transition of the cascade boundary layer and wake analysis to find the best design. The overall analysis of the flow curvature method; re-analysis of finite-area technology and the body of the calculation network; Boundary layer analysis of the integration method. Typical examples of cascade design and design results are discussed in the article.
