应用新的中药抑菌实验方法进行了秦皮对 30 8株临床菌株的抑菌实验研究 ,结果表明秦皮对金葡菌和表皮葡萄球菌抑菌效果较好 ,对金葡菌和表皮葡萄球菌的 MIC5 0 均为 3m g/ m l,其 MIC90 分别为 >12 mg/ m l和 6 mg/ ml,但对肠球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌效果较差
The antibacterial experimental study on the 30 strains of Qin skin on clinical strains was carried out using a new antibacterial test method of Chinese medicine. The results showed that Qinpi has good antibacterial effect against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The MIC5 against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis Both of them have a MIC90 of >12 mg/ml and 6 mg/ml, but they have a low bacteriostatic effect against enterococci and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
