中国人保——因其名字所具有的特殊意义而增添了一份责任。近些年,中国人保在各地与当地政府合作,在农业保险和新农合实践中不断探索提高民生保障的新模式和新经验,对此,本刊给予极大的关注并深入报道。人保集团董事长吴焰说,中国人保没有局限于自身和保险行业角度,而是更多地从社会管理和政府职能转变的高度,来看待商业保险参与医疗保障体系建设的价值和意义。对这种创新带给人保集团的,吴焰称之为“改革的红利”。
