一年来在全国伟大的胜利形势下,我们的工作是根据我县具体情况,以生产建设为中心,以农业生产为主,进一步巩固人民大团结,坚持人民民主专政(按期召开四次各界人民代表会议);对反革命份子的破坏活动进行有力的镇压,基本上执行了宽大与镇压相结合的政策;并完成了农业税、税收等若干具体工作。下半年在生产建设的总任务下,以结束土改工作为中心,这些工作在上级政府的正确领导下,及广大人民群众的积极努力,曾获得了不少成绩(当然在某些具体工作上的错误偏差还是个别的严重的)。今将几项主要工作,按照我们的认识程度,来总结、检查、批判、分析如下:(一)农业生产:在总的方针任务下,今年大生产运动的要求是多打一成粮和增种工业原料;在具体任务的进行上,是在扩大宣传我们的生产政策及土改政策,削除群众顾虑,与组织动员教育及领导人民持续与自然灾害作斗争的情况下进行的。
In the great victory of the entire country in the past year, our work is based on the specific conditions of our county, centered on production and construction, and mainly on agricultural production, further consolidating the great unity of the people and upholding the people’s democratic dictatorship (holding four people’s representatives Meeting); effectively suppressed the vandalism of the counter-revolutionaries and basically implemented the policy of combining leniency with repression; and completed a number of specific tasks such as agricultural tax and taxation. In the second half of this year, under the overall task of production and construction, with the goal of ending land reform as the center, these work won a lot of achievements under the correct leadership of higher-level governments and the active efforts of the broad masses of the people (of course, in some specific work Error error is still a few serious). We will summarize, examine, criticize and analyze the following major tasks according to the level of our understanding: (1) Agricultural Production: Under the general guideline and task, the requirements of this year’s large-scale production campaign are to increase the number of grain output and increase Industrial raw materials. In carrying out specific tasks, we are expanding our efforts to publicize our production policies and land reform policies, cutting down people’s concerns and organizing the mobilization of education and leading the people in their continuing and natural disasters.
