一、前言过去,煤矿井下使用的斜井绞车,采用液体电阻器与直流发电机组控制装置相组合的方式来控制绕线型感应电动机。然而,由于维修电阻器及直流发电机组控制装置的接触器需要很多的劳动力,运转中要熟练地操纵控制速度手柄和制动手柄;另外,为了下放时减速,控制直流发电机组变速时滞后时间长等,有不少不便之处。因而,人们期望得到运转效率高、操作容易、维修简单的新型驱动装置。1984年9月,在三井煤矿公司砂川煤矿的第四斜井绞车上采用了国内首创的充气防爆型可控硅控制直流电动机的驱动装置。本装置取得了正常运转,现介绍如下。二、第四斜井绞车的基本概况计划将第四斜井绞车做为海平面以下
