将一种生物相容性优良、无毒、加成型低温硫化液态硅橡胶作栓塞剂用于临床,对12例行肾动脉栓塞术,效果满意,无并发症。11例施行了肾肿瘤根治性切除术,其中肾癌10例,肾盂癌1例。术中所见病肾缩小,呈暗紫色,表面血管萎缩,肾周围水肿易分离,肾蒂组织结构正常,术中失血量明显减少,平均输血量472ml,手术时间缩短,平均124min。观察标本表明用此栓塞剂栓塞完全,不会再通,可防止侧枝循环重建,显影清晰,可控制注入剂量,防止逾量返流,固化时间适当,形成铸形栓子不易脱落,并能立即检查栓塞效果。
A biocompatible, non-toxic, and low-temperature-cured liquid silicone rubber was used as an embolization agent for clinical purposes. The renal artery embolization was performed in 12 patients with satisfactory results and no complications. In 11 cases, radical resection of renal tumor was performed, including 10 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 1 case of renal pelvis carcinoma. The renal disease was reduced during the operation, with a dark purple color, atrophy of the surface vessels, easy separation of edema around the kidney, normal tissue structure of the renal pedicle, and a decrease in blood loss during surgery. The average blood transfusion volume was 472 ml and the operation time was shortened, with an average of 124 minutes. Observed specimens showed that embolization with this embolizing agent was complete and would not be re-opened, preventing recirculation of collaterals, clear visualization, control of injected dose, prevention of excessive reflux, proper curing time, formation of emboli that was not easy to fall off, and immediate Check the embolization effect.
