笔者结合技工院校教师职称评定工作,研究认为科学合理的技工院校教师职称评定量化评价指标体系需充分反映技工学校教师职业特点及现代职业技能教育发展要求,在设计量化评价指标体系过程中,应采取面向全体教师征集的方式,组织全体教师自下而上设计评价指标,全员参与评价指标的设计,使评价指标更符合日常的工作实际,实现职称评价指标与日常工作评价指标的有机结合。
Based on the assessment of teachers ’professional titles in mechanics and technical colleges, the author thinks that the index system of quantitative evaluation of teachers’ professional titles in mechanized technical colleges should fully reflect the professional characteristics of teachers in technical schools and the requirements of modern vocational skills education. In the process of designing the quantitative evaluation index system, All teachers should be collected for the way to organize all teachers to design evaluation indicators from the bottom up, full participation in the design of evaluation indicators, so that the evaluation index more in line with the daily work of the actual work to achieve the title of evaluation indicators and evaluation of the daily work of an organic combination .
