肝素1次雾化吸入1200-1500U/kg治疗慢性肺心病20例。监测血浆肝素10d并查痰内巨噬细胞中着色颗粒。结果表明,肝素有效剂量为1500U/kg,7d1次。此法治疗对伴有高粘滞血症病人尤为适宜。
Heparin once inhalation 1200-1500U / kg 20 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Blood plasma was monitored for 10 days and stained particles were counted in macrophages in sputum. The results showed that the effective dose of heparin 1500U / kg, 7d1 times. This method is particularly suitable for patients with hyperviscosity.
