研究了高碳SiMn系(TransformationInducedPlasticity)(TRIP)钢的控冷热处理工艺(油冷至一定温度+空气炉等温)对拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:控冷后得到了高的强度(σb=1160~1530MPa)和良好的塑性(δ5=14%~26%)。其组织主要是板条状贝氏体和10%~16%的残留奥氏体。组织和性能取决于油冷后的温度(即油冷时间),空气炉中等温温度的适当波动影响不大。控冷热处理将有利于SiMn系TRIP钢的工业化生产和应用。
The effect of controlled cooling and heat treatment process (oil cooling to a certain temperature + isothermal furnace temperature) on the tensile properties of high density SiMn (TransformationInduced Plasticity) (TRIP) steels was studied. The results show that high strength (σb = 1160 ~ 1530MPa) and good ductility (δ5 = 14% ~ 26%) are obtained after controlled cooling. Its organization is mainly lath bainite and 10% to 16% of retained austenite. The organization and performance depend on the temperature after oil cooling (ie, oil cooling time) and the appropriate fluctuations in the isothermal temperature in the air furnace have little effect. Control of cold and heat treatment will be conducive to the Si-Mn Department TRIP steel industrial production and application.
