混凝土工程中材料的特性决定了其结构较易产生裂缝,从实践来看,施工中混凝土出现裂缝的概率也是不低的。而且,由于混凝土品质参差不齐,加上现场从业人员的不良施工习惯,往往造成混凝土工程品质低下。采用添加聚丙烯纤维的方式可达到抑制裂缝的目的。聚丙烯纤维添加于混凝土中有很大的防裂作用,混凝土的渗透性降低,磨耗减小,对防止爆裂和抗冲击等也有帮助。
