在今年的全国卫生工作会议上,卫生部统计信息中心向会议提供了2003年完成的第三次国家卫生服务调查的初步结果。1993年、1998年和2003年,我国共完成了三次卫生服务总调查。本刊特将1998年完成的第二次卫生服务总调查结果与本次调查初步结果连线比较,从这里,可以看到5年来国民健康和卫生服务的一些变化,以及医患供需双方关系中出现的新特点、新情况,旨在为读者朋友们提供一些信息,为改革的科学决策提供一些依据。
At this year’s National Conference on Health Work, the Statistics Information Center of the Ministry of Health provided the meeting with preliminary results of the third national health service survey completed in 2003. In 1993, 1998 and 2003, China completed a total of three health services survey. In this connection, we compared the second survey of general health services completed in 1998 with the preliminary findings of this survey.
