目的:了解江苏部分地区人群中谷胱甘肽转硫酶GSTM_1和GSTT_1基因多态性与大肠癌易患性的关系。方法:应用多重PCR法.对照研究55例大肠癌患者和62例健康人的GSTM_1和GSTT_1基因频率。结果:在健康对照和大肠癌病例中,GSTM_1基因缺失频率分别为53.2%和61.8%,GSTT_1基因缺失频率分别为50.0%和56.4%,病例组基因缺失频率高于健康对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:GSTM_1和GSTT_1基因缺失与大肠癌易患性和发病年龄无明显相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of glutathione S-transferase GSTM 1 and GSTT 1 genes and susceptibility to colorectal cancer in population in some regions of Jiangsu. Methods: Application of multiplex PCR. Controlled studies of GSTM 1 and GSTT 1 gene frequencies in 55 patients with colorectal cancer and 62 healthy controls. RESULTS: In the healthy controls and colorectal cancer cases, the frequency of GSTM 1 gene deletion was 53.2% and 61.8%, and the frequency of GSTT 1 gene deletion was 50.0% and 56.4%, respectively. The frequency of gene deletion was higher in the case group. Healthy control group, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between GSTM 1 and GSTT 1 gene deletion and susceptibility and age of onset of colorectal cancer.
