我厂是始建于1956年的大型烟草企业,近年来,引进具有国际90年代水平的烟草加工设备100余台套,我们采取有效措施,在管好、用好这些设备上下功夫,充分发挥投资效益,使进口设备的生产效率逐年提高.近几年,国家烟草专卖局狠抓设备有效作业率,根据“云南省烟草公司设备管理综合考核奖励办法”,建立健全了设备管理激励机制及自我约束机制,制定了设备综合效率奖励办法,对设备有效作业率提高做出成绩的部门及人员进行奖励,提高了职工的积极性,设备有效作业率达到全国最好水平及与省公司签定的合同指标,年均有效作业率由1991年的69.20%提高到1995年的80.99%.下面重点从推进技术改
