由于历史原因,我们学校的生源目前还不尽如人意,并且有相当一些学生的薄弱学科就是英语。根据这种情况,我们确定了相应的工作重点:一是加强集体备课,细化到每堂课,每一个教学环节、每一个教学内容,都集体研究,确定实施方法和合理安排教学环节;二是认真研究如何提高差生的英语成绩。我们认为学生暂时的成绩不理想往往是由受冷落、不被关注或学习过程中受挫折等心理而非智力因素的影响所致。因此我们从培养学生的学习兴趣,学习英语的兴趣入手,用真诚的关爱打动他们,培养他们的信心,
Due to historical reasons, the source of our school is still not satisfactory, and there are quite a few weak subjects in English.
