本实验观察了0.1N、2N和10N硝酸钷-147溶液涂于大鼠皮肤后溶液酸度对钷-147滞留量的影响。结果表明:与0.1N和10N硝酸钷-147溶液相比,2N硝酸酸钷-147溶液中的钷-147在皮肤层的滞留量较高。2N硝酸钷-147溶液沾染皮肤后1—48小时,体内滞留量是涂抹量的O.274—3.228%。上述三种硝酸钷-147溶液涂于皮肤后,骨骼钷-147摄入量占体内滞留量的60%左右。
This experiment observed the 0.1N, 2N and 10N 硝 -147 solution applied to the skin of rats after the solution acidity 钷 -147 retention volume. The results showed that compared with 0.1N and 10N 硝 -147 solution, the retention of 钷 -147 in 2N nitrate 14 -147 solution was higher in the skin layer. 2N 硝 -147 solution of nitric acid solution in the skin after 1-48 hours, the amount of retention in the body smear volume O.274-3.228%. After the above three kinds of 硝 -147 solution applied to the skin, skeletal 钷 -147 intake accounts for about 60% of the body retention.
