目的:探讨大生产中雄黄炮制及含雄黄制剂炮制过程中的最佳烘干温度。方法:采用《中国药典》二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法,对不同温度干燥下雄黄粉中三氧化二砷(As2O3)的含量进行测定。结果:60℃以下的烘烤温度对雄黄中As2O3 含量几乎没有影响,80℃开始有变化,至180℃以上As2O3的含量急剧增加。结论:雄黄及雄黄制剂的加工过程中温度应控制在60℃以下;雄黄的炮制工艺还需进一步完善。
Objective: To explore the optimum drying temperature in processing of Realgar in large production and preparation of realgar-containing preparations. METHODS: The content of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) in realgar was determined by the method of silver diethyldithiocarbamate in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results: Baking temperature below 60°C had little effect on As2O3 content in realgar, and it began to change at 80°C. As2O3 content above 180°C increased sharply. Conclusion: The temperature of realgar and realgar preparation should be controlled below 60°C; the processing technology of realgar should be further improved.
