目的了解本地区乙脑传播媒介的种类、密度及乙脑媒介生物宿主动物血清抗体水平感染状况。方法现场调查与实验室检测。结果共进行14次蚊虫密度、种类的监测,共捕蚊427只,其中三带喙库蚊占捕蚊总数的51.99%,猪乙脑感染率也最高,感染率达7.2%,平均感染率为5.8%。结论本地区活动主要的乙脑媒介蚊种为三带喙库蚊。宿主动物(猪)血清标本,阳性率水平总体变化随季节变化存在一定规律。
Objective To understand the species and density of JE transmission media in the region and the level of serum antibody in B JE-mediated host animal. Methods Field investigation and laboratory testing. Results A total of 427 mosquitoes were collected from 14 mosquitoes, including 51.99% of the mosquitoes, the highest infection rate of Japanese encephalitis and the highest infection rate of 7.2%. The average infection rate was 5.8%. Conclusion The main JE-borne mosquito species in the region are Culex tritaeniorhynchus. Host animal (pig) serum samples, the overall positive rate of change with the seasons there is a certain law.
