有人说小学班主任是全世界职位最低的岗位;有人说小学班主任是全世界工作最苦的岗位;还有人说小学班主任是全世界最操心的岗位,但我却要说小学班主任是个“有权有势、充实快乐、让人进取”的天下最优秀的工作岗位!20多年的教学生涯让我感触颇深:几分劳累,几分收获,我咀嚼过失败的苦涩,也品尝过成功的甘甜。经历过一次次心灵的历程,我认为做班主任老师是不乏味的、是充实的、用心去做,内心深处是甜蜜的!
Some people say that primary school teachers are the lowest posts in the world; some say primary school teachers are the hardest jobs in the world; others say primary school teachers are the most worrying posts in the world. However, I have to say that primary school teachers are “entitled Potential, full of happiness, people enterprising ”the best job in the world! 20 years of teaching career makes me feel deep: a bit tired, a bit harvested, I chewed the bitterness of failure, but also tasted the success Sweet. Experienced a time of spiritual journey, I think doing class teacher is not boring, is full, hard to do, the heart is sweet!
