公开选拔领导干部是我国干部人事制度改革的要求,是历史发展的必然选择,它对我国政治文明建设具有重大意义。我国领导干部公开选拔制度经历了20多年的发展,取得了一定的成效,但总的说来,它还处在试点和探索阶段,不可避免地存在很多问题。本文通过分析目前我国领导干部公开选拔中存在的一些问题,提出建立和完善公开选拔领导干部的途径和机制。
Openly selecting leading cadres is a requirement of the reform of the cadre and personnel system in our country and an inevitable choice for historical development. It is of great significance to the construction of political civilization in our country. The system of open selection of leading cadres in our country has undergone more than 20 years of development and achieved some success. However, on the whole, it is still in the pilot and exploration stage, and inevitably there are many problems. By analyzing some problems existing in the open selection of leading cadres in our country, this paper puts forward the ways and mechanisms for establishing and perfecting the open selection of leading cadres.
