本文研究了用于汽油机的周期喷射双流体喷油器的喷雾特性,通过试验研究了球阀和喷嘴的形状、尺寸对喷雾特性的影响。当去掉喷嘴时喷注是沿着球阀喷出,使得喷注流速和贯穿距离增大。当加上喷嘴时,喷注是沿着喷嘴端面流出,使得喷注流速和贯穿距离减小。当使用从端部突出的喷嘴时,喷注外围的粒径较小。当脉冲频率为10~100Hz 时,其平均粒径为15~23μm。
In this paper, the spray characteristics of a two-fluid injector with a periodic jet for a gasoline engine are studied. The effects of the shape and size of the ball valve and the jet nozzle on the spray characteristics are studied through experiments. When the nozzle is removed, the injection is discharged along the ball valve, which increases the flow rate of the injection and the penetration distance. When the nozzle is added, the jet flows out along the end surface of the jet nozzle, so that the jetting flow rate and the penetration distance are reduced. When using a nozzle that projects from the end, the particle size at the periphery of the jet is small. When the pulse frequency is 10 ~ 100Hz, the average particle size is 15 ~ 23μm.
