Primary thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a common hemorrhagic disease caused by a decrease in platelet count of unknown causes, more common in children and adolescents. From January 1975 to May 1983, a total of 114 cases were treated in our hospital. There are 72 boys and 42 girls. There are also more boys than girls abroad, and more women are women. All age groups are
