自 Van der Spuy 等报告甲氰脒胍(Cemitidine)对带状疱疹有效以来,陆续有少数病例报道,均认为疗效显著。本文报告1例因肺炎入院并发带状疱疹的老人,经甲氰脒胍治疗,取得显著疗效。患者女性81岁,1984年3月15日感全身倦怠,3月21日午后出现胸痛,次日就医,X 线检查示左下叶肺炎而住院。入院后虽未能从痰液检出致病菌,但经应用氨苄青霉素治疗后,病情好转,有关实验室检查转阴。然而,住院期间于4月7日右前额部短时间内出现充血和小水疱,4月8日出现发
