根据传统的日语语法说明,对“动词连用形+ている”句式的基本定义为表示动作现在正在或持续进行的意思。但是笔者发现在实际文章中该句型的语意经常发生时态上的变化,从而对日语初学者造成一定的理解障碍。为此,笔者通过该句型的日英对照阐述了其在不同语境中的语意变化及其变化规律,相信对日语初学者尤其是以日语为第二外语的英语专业人士更好地掌握该句型能够有所帮助。
According to the traditional Japanese grammar explanation, the basic definition of the sentence form of “verb conjunctive form + te い ru” is the meaning that the action is now on or continuing. However, the author found that the semantic meaning of the sentence pattern in the actual article often changes in a tense manner, thus causing certain difficulties in understanding Japanese beginners. For this reason, the author expounds the change of semantic meaning and its variation in different contexts through the contrast between Japanese and English of the sentence pattern. I believe that Japanese beginners, especially those English professionals who use Japanese as their second language, Sentence patterns can help.
