[目的]了解攀枝花市2010年手足口病肠道病毒(PE)病原学监测结果,为手足口病防控提供依据。[方法]对2010年攀枝花市哨点监测医院临床诊断和疑似手足口病患者138例采集咽拭子标本,用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法进行检测。[结果]合计检测138例,阳性52例,阳性率37.68%;其中EV71和CoxA16的检出率分别为7.97%和29.71%。PE阳性检出率,8月为28.57%;西区为56.25%;男性为37.18%,女性为38.33%,4岁以上和4岁以下分别为33.64%和53.57%。[结论]攀枝花市手足口病原主要以CoxA16为主。
[Objective] To understand the etiopathogenisis of hand, foot and mouth disease (GP) in Panzhihua City in 2010 and provide basis for prevention and control of HFMD. [Method] Throat swab samples were collected from 138 cases of clinical diagnosis and suspected hand-foot-mouth disease in Panzhihua sentinel surveillance hospital in 2010 and detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR). [Results] A total of 138 cases were detected and 52 cases were positive, the positive rate was 37.68%. The detection rates of EV71 and CoxA16 were 7.97% and 29.71% respectively. The positive rate of PE was 28.57% in August; 56.25% in Western Region; 37.18% for males and 38.33% for females; and 33.64% and 53.57% for those over 4 years old and under 4 years old respectively. [Conclusion] The main pathogens of hand, foot and mouth in Panzhihua are CoxA16.
