自1984年中央和国务院决定在沿海城市兴办经济技术开发区到现在,已经历9个年头,各开发区已建立起相对完善的投资环境,逐步显示出越来越强的对外资的吸引力,已从建设初期的大量投入阶段进入具有一定规模的产出阶段。同时,开发区充分显示了其改革开放的示范作用,在利用外资、引进先进技术和管理经验,开拓对外贸易渠道方面发挥了窗口和桥梁
Since 1984, when the Central Government and the State Council decided to establish economic and technological development zones in coastal cities up to now, they have been experiencing a period of nine years.
