在一定宽度和高度的环形圆周端面上,沿半径方向加工若干间隔相等的齿。其中任何一个齿都可以作为始齿,也可作为最后一个齿,这样的端面齿盘叫端面齿分度盘,也叫端齿盘。端齿盘的特点:1.分度精度很高(0.1角秒);2.能自动定心,定位重复性好(0.02角秒);3.分度精度不受正反转影响;4.使用寿命长(端齿盘使用过程是一个自然对研过程,在某种意义上可提高分度精度);5.结构简单,使用方便,易实现自动分度。
On a circumferential surface of a certain width and height, a plurality of equally spaced teeth are machined radially. One of the teeth can be used as starting teeth, but also can be used as the last tooth, such a face gear called face tooth dial, also known as the end gear. End tooth plate features: 1. High degree of accuracy (0.1 arc seconds); 2. Can be self-centering, positioning repeatability (0.02 arc seconds); 3. Indexing accuracy from positive and negative impact; Long service life (end toothed disk process is a natural process of research, in a sense, can improve the accuracy of indexing); 5. Simple structure, easy to use, easy to achieve automatic indexing.
