本文介绍了湖北省宜昌市东风渠灌区水利工程信息化的发展现状,分析其存在问题,指出了发展水利工程信息化的重要性,并提出了防汛抗旱指挥系统、水量用运监控管理系统、灌区数字管理信息系统等水利信息化发展设想及其分期实施目标。着重阐明了灌区信息化发展重要意义。
This paper introduces the status quo of water conservancy informatization in Dongfengqu Irrigation District of Yichang City, Hubei Province, analyzes the existing problems, points out the importance of developing informatization of water conservancy projects, and puts forward flood control and drought relief command system, monitoring and management system of water use and transportation, Digital Management Information System and other water conservancy development of information technology and its implementation plan. Emphasis is laid on the importance of informatization in irrigation districts.
