铁路运输部门是个耗能大户,其中机车能耗占整个能耗的60%~70%左右。以成都铁路分局1987年能耗为例,全年耗标准煤18万吨,其中机车耗电、耗煤量折合成标煤为12万吨,占总能耗的66.7%。1987年成都分局电力机车万吨公里耗电计划为135度,实际用了112.1度,比计划节约了17%,全年节电4766万度。因此千方百计地采取措施,降低机车能耗,是铁路运输部门节能工作成败的关键目前降低机车能耗的主要途径是:1.提高机车司乘人员的操纵水平计划外停车增加,必将引起列车起动次数的增加和不必要的停车时间的增加,这都将造 The railway transportation sector is a large energy consumer, where locomotive energy consumption accounts for about 60% to 70% of the total energy consumption.
