Harmonious relationship between teachers and students for students to learn and teaching teachers have a certain role in promoting. Primary stage is an important stage for students to develop good study habits, but also promote the healthy development of students’ golden age. Based on this, teachers must give full play to their own role, take various measures to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This article will analyze and study the construction of the harmonious relationship between the director and student in primary school. The author elaborates two main parts of the relationship between the head teacher and students and the effective measures to establish the harmonious relationship between the head teacher and students. First, primary school teacher and student relationship in the main
