以山梨、杜梨、南果梨、早酥梨、苹果梨,以及黄海棠、怀来海棠、新疆野苹果为试材,以枝干为样本,在自然条件下用QJZ型便携式惠斯通电桥测定活体电阻值。结果表明:电阻值与测距呈直线正相关;电阻值与温度呈极显著负相关;无论是多年生枝还是一年生枝,电阻值休眠期较生长期大而稳定;多年生枝较一年生枝电阻值小而稳定;多年生枝粗度与电阻值呈负相关;电阻值与树体生长势有负相关趋势;电阻值与树种品种的抗寒性呈正相关。初步认为,活体电阻法可做为苹果树和梨树树体抗寒性的鉴定方法。
