立德树人,德育为先。德育很重要,但是德育不能盲目,更不能乱来。如果为德育而德育,为活动而活动,就会让德育距离德育本身越来越远。路栋心里藏着一个德育的理想国:德育不是乏味的说教,也不是单调的活动,它总是随时随地存在,不知不觉发生,就像河水流过河床,小鸟飞过天空,虽然留不下痕迹,但是美好的种子已经种在每个学生心中。朝向理想国,太公小学以尚贤教育为核心,努力抛开德育的功利主义,积极构建亲贤德育体系。
