对犬骨状异型坯立轧时轧件腰部可能造成的压弯情况进行了分析,得到了轧件腰部出现压弯的临界条件。用铅件对犬骨状异型坯进行立轧模拟实验,验证了犬骨状异型坯的立轧调宽效果及腰部压弯的临界条件。
The possible bending condition of the rolled piece at the time when the dog bone is shaped is analyzed. The critical condition of the bending at the waist of the rolled piece is obtained. Using the lead part of dog bone shaped blank for vertical rolling simulation experiments to verify the dog bone shaped blank roll widening effect and the waist bending critical conditions.
