境外投资项目的国家风险评价系统，对指导企业关于境外投资项目的可行性研究和主管部门的审核，都有着十分重要的现实意义，文章运用3个层次涉及34个因素的国家风险评价系统，对国家风险的测度和量化作了有益的研究，以专家对各项因素的打分代入模型，所得的结果与国际上几家著名机构所得的结果基本一致，
The system of national risk assessment of overseas investment projects has very important practical significance for guiding enterprises in the feasibility study of overseas investment projects and the examination of competent departments. The article uses a national risk assessment system involving 34 factors at three levels. The measurement and quantification of the national risk make a useful study, and the experts score the various factors into the model, and the results obtained are basically the same as the results obtained from several well-known international organizations.
