徐州的两汉文化资源历经资本形式的积累、挖掘和利用,才会转化为现实的文化生产力,从而成为推动地区跨越发展、科学发展、和谐发展的优势力量。这就要求从城市文化资本视角对汉文化资源的资本价值进行清醒认识和准确评估,针对文化资源的特殊性理清资本化运作的基本思路,并通过采取主体多元化、形象品牌化、载体项目化、保障系统化等具体措施推动汉文化资源向现实生产力转化。
