目的探讨分期综合性护理在手指屈肌腱损伤中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月~2015年10月我院收治的手指屈肌腱损伤患者92例为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取分期综合性护理,比较两组手部功能和满意度。结果观察组护理后患指功能优良率为93.5%,对照组护理后患指功能优良率为76.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患指并发症率为15.2%,对照组患指并发症率为47.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为95.7%,对照组满意度为82.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分期综合性护理有助于手指屈肌腱损伤患者手指功能的恢复,降低并发症,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of staged comprehensive nursing in finger flexor tendon injury. Methods Ninety-two patients with finger flexor tendon injury who were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research object, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases each. The control group to take routine care, the observation group to take staged comprehensive care, compare the two groups of hand function and satisfaction. Results The excellent and good rate of affected patients was 93.5% in the observation group and 76.1% in the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 15.2% Refers to the complication rate was 47.8%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.7%, the satisfaction rate of the control group was 82.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Staging integrated nursing is helpful to the recovery of finger function in finger flexor tendon injury patients, reducing the complications and improving the satisfaction.
