随着我国石油工业的迅速发展,长距离大口径输油输气管线日益增多。在敷设这些埋地管线时,使用的弯头甚多,以某管线为例,在山区丘陵地带,平均每公里管线的弯头有20个左右;因此,合理设计埋地的大口径弯头,具有重要的政治意义与经济意义。1976年3月,我院接受了“大口径弯头、三通强度试验研究”任务,为此我们首先对弯头进行强度试验(本试验是其中之一),以便为下一步对埋地管线的弯头强度试验研究打下基础。 本试验得到各兄弟单位的大力支援,尤其是华东输油管线指挥部领导及其第二工程处为试验加工了试件与加载装置,中国科学院北京力学所支援了我们急需的试验仪器,对此我们谨表示谢意。
