酒店行业在我国服务行业中有着十分重要的地位,伴随着我国经济发展全球化的不断深入,酒店行业在管理上也需要面临一系列的挑战,不同的地区之间都存在着激烈的市场竞争。酒店如果固守传统的管理模式必然会逐渐失去竞争优势,因此,酒店应该在管理上进行创新。财务管理是酒店管理的重要内容,财务管理的水平是影响酒店发展的重要因素之一。本文立足于我公司酒店管理的具体情况,并对酒店财务管理的发展趋势进行研究,希望能提出适用于酒店发展的建议。
The hotel industry has a very important position in the service industry in our country. Along with the deepening globalization of our economy, the hotel industry also needs to face a series of challenges in management. There are fierce market competitions in different regions. Hotel if stick to the traditional management mode is bound to gradually lose its competitive advantage, therefore, the hotel should be in the management of innovation. Financial management is an important part of hotel management. The level of financial management is one of the important factors that affect hotel development. This article is based on the specific situation of our hotel management, and studies the development trend of the hotel financial management, hoping to put forward some suggestions for the hotel development.
