交通执法是交通管理部门贯彻法律法规,实施行政管理,维护运输秩序的重要方式,也是保护国家利益、公共利益和经营者合法权益的重要手段。近年来,交通执法部门遭遇暴力抗法的案例屡有发生,严重影响了执法工作的正常开展和执法人员的身心健康。本文结合具体案例,分析了暴力抗法的主要类型、具体表现及产生原因,提出了现场防范应对策略,为进一步提升交通执法水平,保障执法人员人身安全提供了借鉴和参考。
