鹗鹦鹉是世界上唯一一种不会飞的鹦鹉,它们生活在新西兰,全身披着黄绿色的细点。目前鹗鹦鹉存活的数量仅为一百多只,几乎濒临灭绝,所以从上世纪90年代开始,新西兰政府就开始运行鹗鹦鹉复育计划。而鹗鹦鹉的数量之所以不断减少,除了人类活动的日渐频繁外,更源于它们的一些不靠谱的习惯。鹗鹦鹉体内储存的脂肪较多,因为不会飞行,它们的翅膀只能作为一般平衡或提供一定程度的支撑,所以它们不像其他鸟类那样身体轻盈。但可笑的是,
