本文研究了Fe(OH)_3共沉淀和分离纯铜中Se和Te的条件。实验结果表明,Fe(OH)_3不仅是Se和Te的共沉淀剂而且是Cu,Bi等干扰元素的抑制剂,利用Fe(OH)_3能够定量地共沉淀Se和Te,此时残余量Cu可降至不影响Se和Te的极限以下。从而成功地解决了用氢化物-原子荧光法对纯铜中痕量Se,Te的测定。本法操作简便、快速。Se,Te的测定灵敏度可达10~(-5)%以下,回收率一般均在85~102%之间。
In this paper, the conditions of coprecipitation and separation of Se and Te in pure copper by Fe (OH) 3 were studied. The experimental results show that Fe (OH) 3 is not only a coprecipitator of Se and Te but also an inhibitor of Cu, Bi and other interference elements. Se (OH) 3 can co-precipitate Se and Te with Fe (OH) It can be reduced below the limit that does not affect Se and Te. Successfully solved the determination of trace Se, Te in pure copper by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This method is simple and fast. Se, Te determination of sensitivity up to 10 ~ (-5)% of the following, the recovery rates are generally between 85 to 102%.
