省委组织部于4月12日到16日召开了全省党的建设研讨会。各地、市、州和部分企事业党委组织部门的负责同志,省直有关单位负责同志和部分党的理论工作者70余人参加了会议。会议期间,收到论文140多篇,有21人在大会上宣读了论文。与会者畅所欲言,各抒已见,就新时期党的建设问题提出了许多很有见地的论点。会议结束时,省委书记李子奇到会讲了话。他强调要把新时期党的建设提到一个新的高度来认识,
Provincial Party Committee Organization Department held a provincial seminar on party building from April 12 to April 16.
