科技成果转化难,科技成果转化率低,是影响科技成果产业化的两大障碍。当前,科技界都在探讨如何走出这两大障碍,推进科技成果加快产业化,而城阳区从建立“两库”入手,即从建立项目库和资金库入手,在促进科技成果产业化上进行了一番有益的探索。在短短的两年内,转化科技成果59项,其中有50项已形成产业化,受益企业19家,受益农户数千户,取得的经济效益以亿元计。2000年又实施旨在促进科技成果转化的“农业科技成果推广计划”、“科技兴工计划”、“科技兴海
