一、公路运输能耗的现状和节能的必要性发展中国家运输能耗占总的直接商用能耗的比例平均约为32%,一般来说都高于发达国家.例如:美国为26%,欧洲联盟国家为15%;但中国1981年只有8%左右,这也反映了运输是我国国民经济的薄弱环节这一事实. 多数国家公路运输能耗在运输总能耗中占首要地位.发展中国家的公路运输(小汽车、载重车、大客车)的直接能耗约占运输总能耗的70~85%,中国则只占45.5%,低于国外的一般发展水平.

The direct energy consumption of road transport (cars, trucks and buses) in the country accounts for about 70-85% of the total transport energy consumption while China only accounts for 45.5%, lower than the general level of development abroad.
