住房公积金管理制度是一项住房保障制度,这项制度建立至今,在资金方面为全国城镇家庭住房条件的改善起到了积极的推动作用,尤其极大的改善了较低收入家庭的居住条件,从而在促进经济发展的同时又保障了社会的和谐稳定。但值得注意的是,我国住房公积金的管理缺失导致了诸多问题,完善公积金管理制度成为规避这些问题的当务之急。本文阐述了我国的住房公积金及其管理制度存在的问题,并据此提出完善的措施。
