用乳液共沉法在中试装置上制备了丁苯橡胶/有机蒙脱土(SBR/OMMT)乳液共沉胶,研究了纳米复合材料的微观结构、力学性能、磨耗性能、加工性能等,讨论了其替代SBR在半钢子午线轮胎胎面中的应用效果。透射电子显微镜观察表明制备的乳液共沉胶是一种插层型纳米复合材料,OMMT与橡胶基质结合得较好;乳液共沉胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、硬度、回弹性等与SBR 1502基本相当,扯断伸长率和压缩永久变形有所增大,耐磨耗性能大幅度提高;以乳液共沉胶替代SBR 1502及部分炭黑在半钢子午线轮胎胎面中的应用效果良好,胶料的力学性能、加工性能及成品胎性能均能满足工业生产要求。
The copolymerization of styrene butadiene rubber / organic montmorillonite (SBR / OMMT) emulsion was carried out on the pilot plant by emulsion co-precipitation method. The microstructure, mechanical properties, wear properties and processing properties of the nanocomposites were studied. The effect of replacing SBR on the semi-steel radial tire tread is also discussed. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the prepared emulsion co-polymer was an intercalated nanocomposite with good bond between OMMT and rubber matrix. The tensile strength, tear strength, hardness, resilience, 1502 are basically the same, the elongation at break and the compression set increase, and the abrasion resistance greatly improves. The application of emulsion co-plastic instead of SBR 1502 and some carbon blacks has good effect on the semi-steel radial tire tread , Plastic material mechanical properties, processing performance and finished product performance can meet the requirements of industrial production.
