城中村的改造成为近年来城市建设的热点,特别是郑州市的城中村改造更是随着其城市发展速度走在全国前列。其改造过程中所涉及到的劳动力便成为了改造的重点,这些劳动力的合理安置转移有利于城市发展建设的稳定,是社会以人为本发展理念的内在要求。本文从城中村改造中所涉及到的劳动力现状进行分析,对如何解决所存在的问题进行了初步的思考。
The transformation of the village in the city has become a hot spot in urban construction in recent years. In particular, the transformation of the village in the city of Zhengzhou is at the forefront of the development of the city with the speed of urban development. The labor force involved in the transformation process has become the focus of transformation. The transfer of these labor forces in a rational manner is conducive to the stability of urban development and construction and is an inherent requirement of the people-oriented development concept in the society. This paper analyzes the status quo of the labor force involved in the reconstruction of the village in the city and makes preliminary considerations on how to solve the existing problems.
