从自然罹病的桃小食心虫和蛴螬僵尸上分离到产孢量较高的球孢白僵菌菌株46-1和卵孢白僵菌菌株4号,经紫外线照射处理,获得2个球孢白僵菌菌株23号和53号、1个卵孢白僵菌菌株45号,它们的产孢量和毒力稳定高于亲本,而且生产性状和田间防治应用效果良好。
Isolation of Beauveria bassiana strain 46-1 and Beauveria bassiana strain No. 4 with higher sporulation rate from naturally diseased peach moth and zombie zombie, Strain Nos. 23 and 53, and one strain of Beauveria bassiana No. 45, their sporulation and virulence were consistently higher than that of their parents, and their productive traits and field control were good.
